What to Expect During Your Pediatric Sleep StudyĪ sleep study, also known as polysomnography, provides our sleep doctor with the most complete evaluation of your child’s sleep. Sleep Education – As part of all of our appointments, we help kids and parents learn about lifestyle changes that will often correct or improve sleep disorders.
